Contactless Pick Up at MaxSold

Patti Ridlon, Director of Operations at MaxSold, will be presenting MaxSold's new pickup process which is designed to ensure the safety of our communities during the COVID-19 crisis.
Currently, the new “Contactless Pick Up” is being tested with a select number of partners in select regions. Assuming the positive feedback on this new process continues, we will be increasing the volume of these Partner Managed auctions.
The new pickup process includes:
- curbside pickup of smaller items
- offering delivery at the buyer’s cost (where available)
- adherence to strict scheduling of individual buyer arrivals to support social distancing
- the requirement for everyone involved to wear a mask (or equivalent)
